Hey, Spectre babe? I wanted to talk to you about something pretty important today, but something's going down over here at Peter's.

Katherine's here. That Katherine. She says a blond angel brought her back so we think fucking Aurelia's up to her games again. Instead of stealing my face and breaking little girl's ribs, she's fucking with Peter and Lydia's heads. ARGH I could just kill her!

If she managed it though, then obviously there was some need for Katherine to be here... do we know what need she's serving? And... damn, how did Lydia react to all this? And Peter? Are they all right?

Oh no. Maybe I should come over there? I'm not going to be around for very much longer, but it might be good for Katherine to have the support of someone's who's also dead. Not to mention, if she's feeling messed up over this, it'll probably give Peter and Lydia some breathing space.

I really fucking...argh! It's probably a good thing she's not here. I'd do one of those Really Stupid Things that sometimes ends up with my arse in prison.

I think...it's Lydia. I really do. Peter's sort of !!! But with Lydia, it's...pure meltdown. And Peter only just got her talking again too, for fuck's sake. I might be needed here for a while yet, can you watch James? Is...is that okay to ask?

Argh, look, this is hardly a romantic time to bring it up, but I wanted to do it while Mary was here so you could see she's okay with it and I don't know how much longer she'll be here or how long this issue might keep me here... I wanted to discuss making our marriage legal, because while it makes absolutely no difference to me whether there's a piece of paper that says I'm married or not, it does make a difference to like...legal people. So if anything happened to either of us, I want the kids to be safe.

I don't...want what happened to Mara to happen again. I spoke with Mary and she's okay with it. But only if you are. I mean...it's a legal locument which means it's public which means people are going to know.

Thomas, my love, people know already anyway. If there's anyone who is going to take a dim view of us, I don't think it will make a difference to them whether we're married or not. I'm not interested in hiding our relationship. You're my husband already, in every way that matters. If a legal document that says that will ensure James' safety, then of course I'm all for it. I think it's a very good idea. We can always romantic it up later. And I appreciate that you've cleared it all with Mary too, not that I would ever expect anything else. I love you, Thomas.

And speaking of James, of course it's all right to ask me to look after him! It'll be my pleasure. Really, stay there as long as you need to. I understand what an intense situation it must be over there. Poor Lydia... I really want to see all the support they can have be there right now.

I don't want to hide either, Baby. I just meant it might get...I don't know, written about or something, which is weird to think about. Because it's no one else's business really. But if it doesn't bother you, it doesn't bother me. Romanticing it up later is a good idea. But thank you for wanting to do this. Thank you so much. I love you too. I don't want anyone to be able to take James away if something happens. It's too horrible to think about.

Even if it does get written about, which I acknowledge it might, it'll blow over soon enough. Metal musicians don't tend to stay in the press for long, even when their personal lives might be of some media interest. Well, unless you're living in Scandinavia, but they'd be more interested in Tuomas Holopainen over there than me... Besides, our community is very supportive of homosexuality. Rob Halford, the vocalist of Judas Priest for example, is gay and has received endless support. I'm sure it would be the same with us. And you're very welcome, Thomas. We'll make sure no one can ever take James away from his family.
