Cain uses guns to attack people. Helpless women and children. Not to mention he pals around with one of the most despicable women - and I use the term loosely - on the planet. You did something a bit mad, there's no denying that, but I've been in the head of someone who was of that mindset a lot more often. I know what anger can do, just as I know you're not the sort of person to let it rule you under anything but the most adverse of circumstances.
